Canada Post Strike

Hello everyone, I hope this message finds you well. With the recent Canada Post strike, part of our shipments out to you have been affected. Please find the information below on how orders will be handled during the strike based on the shipping method selected.

Untracked Lettermail: The order will be packaged as usual, but will be held onto by us and mailed out once the strike is resolved and service reconvenes. Please note because of possible backlog, that delivery times may be delayed, and is out of our control.

Tracked Parcel: Most tracked parcels seem to be unaffected and will ship normally, through Chit Chats. In Canada, exceptions will be PO boxes and rural addresses.
