Shipping & Delivery
Overview
Packages are generally processed within 2-7 business days after receipt of payment but can increase during sales events or high volume order periods (such as new releases or collab sales). Please note that the processing time does not include delivery time. Orders are shipped via flat letter-mail by Canada Post without tracking, unless the order includes items not able to ship using that method. If you prefer delivery with tracking and/or with required signature, an additional cost will be applied when you select the upgrade at checkout. Shipping fees include packing and handling fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment.
Processing Times
Our normal processing time is 2-7 business days (does not include weekends and holidays), however can increase during high volume order periods (such as sales events and new releases). It is recommended to check the announcement bar at the top of the website body for the more current processing times. The estimates written on the announcement bar with override the 2-7 business day estimate on this page.
VAT / Taxes
If you are based outside of Canada, you are responsible for remitting any taxes, duties and fees charged on your order by customs. We do not collect VAT at the point-of-sales.
Delivery Estimates (from date of shipment)
The following are delivery estimates for mail based on Canada Post and my personal experience. These times may vary depending on events that may affect mail volume, the weather, the shipping method, as well as your location.
Within Canada: 2-14 business days
USA: 4-28 business days
International: 6-45 business days
If an order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please wait one more week to allow time for the package to reroute back to us. If you still haven't received your order after this week, please contact us at hello@smallpaperstarz.com with your order number and we will assist you the best we can. Please note that any lost orders shipped by letter-mail will not be replaced or refunded.
If an order is returned to us due to being undeliverable, re-shipment fees will be applied.
Please double check that the shipment address is correct before finalizing your order. We cannot be held responsible for any lost mail due to inaccurate addresses.
Order Cancellation or Modification
All order are final sale and cannot be modified after payment confirmation. If you would like to cancel your order, please do so within an hour of placing the order by emailing hello@smallpaperstarz.com with your order number and reason. After the hour, your order cannot be cancelled as to not affect the processing schedule.
Combining Two Orders
We advise you to group your items in one order. Once an order has been placed, we cannot guarantee it can be combined with any other open order as to not disrupt the processing time. Under normal non-sale/high volume periods, feel free to send an email to hello@smallpaperstarz.com to see if we can combine your orders for you. We most likely will be able to as long as both orders are still open. If one of the orders has been processed and closed, we will not be able to combine the two orders into one shipment.
Please email us, and do not leave any requests to combine orders in the notes to seller when placing your second order as we pack in chronological order and will not see your note until after your first order has been processed.
